Our semi-finished and finished products are made in Switzerland using solar energy and comply with the strictest food safety standards. Furthermore, we also offer a variety of sustainable, ethical, and faith-based labels that you can use to market your products.
Processing and refinement options
Roasted nuts and seeds
Nuts and seeds that are roasted to perfection for the further processing of your desired semi-finished or finished product.
Chopped nuts and granulates
Versatile chopped nuts and granulates for the production of chocolates, cereal bars, muesli and other confectionery and snack products. A range of granulate sizes of up to 10 mm is available.
Sliced and ground nuts and seeds
Ground, diced or sliced nuts and seeds as well as nut slivers for further processing in bakery and confectionery products.
Caramelized nuts and seeds
Crunchy caramelized nuts and seeds for use in chocolates, cereal bars or for bulk sale. Also available chopped or as granulate.
Gianduja
Creamy, melt-in-your-mouth gianduja made according to our traditional confectioner’s recipe. Available as a basic gianduja paste, gianduja filling or as a solid.
Pastes
Flavored pastes made with natural ingredients for use in ice cream, chocolates and fillings.
Fillings and spreads
High-quality almond mixtures for the production of fillings, chocolates, sweets, pastries and cakes.
Marzipan
Marzipan made using traditional methods for a variety of applications including fillings, chocolates, molding or the creation of decorations and figurines.
Vanilla
Exquisite vanilla, available as vanilla sugar, vanilla paste, vanilla extract, ground Bourbon vanilla, pudding powder or whole vanilla beans.
